Criteria for Nominees:

Holds an individual contributor, manager, or director-level position.
Demonstrates initiative in creating inclusive team environments, such as launching ERG chapters, mentoring programs, or recognition initiatives.
Acts as a catalyst for psychological safety and open dialogue within their sphere of influence.
Shows potential for growing their impact on organizational culture as their career advances.
