The Belonging 100 Award celebrates the next generation of leaders—managers, directors, and high-potential influencers—who are actively shaping cultures of belonging within their teams and organizations. These emerging leaders lead by example, fostering environments of trust, collaboration, and authentic engagement, even without formal executive authority. Their efforts ensure that colleagues feel valued, supported, and connected to a shared purpose, directly contributing to morale and productivity. This award recognizes the critical role these individuals play in building the inclusive foundations upon which future success depends.

Criteria for Nominees:

  • Holds an individual contributor, manager, or director-level position.
  • Demonstrates initiative in creating inclusive team environments, such as launching ERG chapters, mentoring programs, or recognition initiatives.
  • Acts as a catalyst for psychological safety and open dialogue within their sphere of influence.
  • Shows potential for growing their impact on organizational culture as their career advances.
